I started competing when I was 14 years old and when I turned 15, I began teaching and coaching my High School's
Taekwondo Team. From that time I made exercise an important part of my life and I feel just great and blessed because with

As a personal trainer at
Bally's I became a veteran with a lot of experience in personal training.
I really like this job because
I have the opportunity to assist people in achieving a healthy Life Style.
I have helped people to get better from accidents
they suffered, to lose weight, to get ready for phisical tests, to tone their bodies, to gain muscle mass, to strengthen pregnant
ladies, to get in shape and so on. I have found with what I am doing an Inner Reward so I am very glad and satisfied.
